Salt and Pepper: A highlighted effect, with gray hair appearing lighter than non-gray. More than 50% gray: Slightly lighter blonde than shown in the color guide on package. Medium to dark brown/black: Slightly lighter with warm tones, but will not lighten to blonde. Natural red: Lightest golden reddish blonde.
