Dosage

Note: Before starting assembly, read through all assembly instructions on reverse side and identify all components and hardware. A Phillips screwdriver is required to secure the assembly. Assembly: A. Using the diagram, place the seat face down on a flat work surface. B. Align the leg assembly with the flattened center facing away from the seat with the threaded screw holes. Screw holes will align and push-buttons for footpiece assemblies will face inward. Attach to seat bottom using two 1-1/4 inch pan head screws and two curved washers. C. Align second leg assembly diagonally across first leg assembly and seat. Screw holes will align and push-buttons for footpiece assemblies will face inward. Attach using two 1-1/4 inch pan head screws and two curved washers. D. Install 1-1/2 inch pan head screw, curved washer, and star lock washer through center hole of both leg assemblies. Note: Be sure that all screws are fully tightened before placing unit into use. Using your bath and shower safety stool: Securing: Make sure that all four legs are adjusted to the same height and that all push-buttons are fully engaged in the adjustment holes. Place the stool in the middle of the bathtub or shower. Verify that the stool is stable and does not rock when placed. Using: Carefully enter the bathtub or shower using any wall-mounted grab bars for safety. Use the hand-holds molded into the seat for added stability while sitting or standing. Cleaning: All components can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Do not use abrasive powders or scouring pads. Allow the stool to dry thoroughly between uses. Avoid the buildup of soap scum which could become slippery when wet.
