Dosage

Release outer elastic straps from main band. Wrap main band from the back and fasten around wait in front. Fasten outer straps around waist to desired tension. Care: Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
