This unique cinching brace with pull-strap is designed for one-handed tightening for instant abdominal compression and lumbar support. The smooth and comfortable plastic panels provide support to weak lower back muscles while helping maintain healthy posture and alignment.

Dosage

Easy to apply: Before applying the brace, release cinching cables so that they are completely extended. Position belt around lumbar area of spine at top of hips. Center over middle of spine. Maintain space between rigid support panels. Wrap panels and secure around hook and loop fabric. Pull cinching strap out to the side and feel it tighten and support your back. Sizing: Measure directly above hips. One size: 32-51 in (81-129 cm). Care: Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
