The compression of the hosiery is greatest at the ankle and decreases as it moves up the leg. Graduated compression helps to improve circulation and valve functioning.

Fitting Instructions: To determine the correct size, locate height and weight on the chart below. Where these values meet determines the size. Medium: Size Chart: Height: 4 ft. 11 in (150 cm) - 135 lbs. (61 kg). 5 ft. 0 in (152.2 kg) - 130 lbs. (59 kg) to 145 lbs. (65 kg). 5 ft. 1 in (155 cm) - 125 lbs. (58 kg) to 160 lbs. (72 kg). 5 ft. 2 in. (157.5 cm) - 120 lbs. (54 kg) to 145 lbs. (65 kg). 5 ft. 3 in. (160 cm) - 115 lbs. (52 kg) to 140 lbs. (63 kg). 5 ft. 4 in. (162.5 cm) - 110 lbs. (50 kg) to 135 lbs. (61 kg). 5 ft. 5 in. (165 cm) - 105 lbs. (47 kg) to 135 lbs. (61 kg). 5 ft. 6 in. (167.5 cm) - 110 lbs. (50 kg) to 125 lbs. (58 kg). 5 ft. 7 in. (170 cm) - 110 lbs. (50 kg) to 120 lbs. (54 kg). Care Instructions: Wash gently with mild soap or detergent in lukewarm or cold water. Do not wring or twist. Rinse until water is clear. Roll in towel to remove excess moisture. Dry away from heat and sunlight.
