Designed to help provide strength, protection and rigid support to stiff, weak or injured ankles. Use while wearing a low-heel, closed walking or athletic shoe. For best performance and comfort, wear a sock underneath the stabilizer. Wear all day or during activities which lead to discomfort. Adjustable design fits right or left foot. Breathable materials enhance comfort. Reinforced side stays* help limit lateral motion. Adjustable closures provide custom level of support and fit. Ankle straps lift and support arch. Materials allow both air and moisture to move away from skin. Moderate stabilizing support. *Stays are not removable.

Dosage

To wear: 1. Open all hook fasteners and slide foot into the stabilizer. Loop the top strap through the buckle, pull and secure it. Fit should feel firm, yet comfortable. 2. Pull strap on left side of foot up and across, attaching the hook fastener to the opposite side of ankle stabilizer. 3. Follow same directions for remaining strap. Adjust both straps until fit around bottom of foot feels firm, yet comfortable. Care: Attach all closures before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners. Size: For either foot, this ankle stabilizer has been designed to create a customized fit for most body types. Measure around ankle. Adjust to fit: 8.0-10.0 in (20.3-25.4 cm).
