Other Ingredients: Gelatin; Vegetable Glycerin; Food Glaze. Contains <2% of: Enteric Coating (Sodium Alginate and Stearic Acid); Ethylcellulose; Lemon Oil/ Mixed Natural Tocopherols; Polysorbate 80.

Dosage

For adults, take two (2) softgels daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers. Store in a dry place and avoid excessive heat.
