Dosage

Sizing: Medium: Ankle circumference 7.0 inches - 8.5 inches (17.8 cm - 21.6 cm). Thigh circumference 17.5 inches - 20.5 inches (44.4 cm - 52.0 cm). Calf circumference: 11.5 inches - 14.0 inches (29.2 cm - 35.6 cm). Length (from heel to mid-thigh) 23.0 inches - 29.0 inches (58.4 cm - 73.7 cm). Proper handling and care assure fine appearance and long life. 1. Gather one stocking from top to toe and draw over foot. 2. Place heel in proper position. Repeat 1 and 2 with other stocking. Adjust toe for freedom of movement. 3. With feet firmly on the floor, alternately stretch stocking gradually up each leg. Runs and snagging due to rough hands and nails may be avoided through use of gloves when putting on and removing hosiery. Laundering: Hand wash in lukewarm or cold water with mild soap.
