Dosage

Use over a sink or in the shower is recommended. Fill bottle with lukewarm water. Temperature indicator should read - IDEAL. Tear open packet and pour into bottle. Tighten cap securely and gently shake until completely dissolved. Tilt head to the right. Insert tip into right ear and gently squeeze the bottle. Tilt head to the left and repeat for the left ear. Discard remaining solution. Thoroughly clean and dry bottle after use. Recommended Treatment: 1-2 applications 3 times per week.
