Multi Today Seniors is a complete, iron-free multivitamin and mineral formulated for the specific needs of men and women over 65. In addition to providing a broad array of vitamins and minerals essential for health, Multi Today Seniors is fortified with extra antioxidants - including high-potency vitamin A (beta carotene), vitamin C and vitamin E, plus other antioxidants like bioflavonoids, carotenoids, CoQ10, pine bark extract and alpha lipoic acid - to help counteract the decrease in antioxidant defenses that occurs with age.
