A stye is a tender, painful red bump located at the base of an eyelash or under or inside the eyelid. A stye results from a localized infection of the glands or a hair follicle of the eyelid. Styes are very common, most common in those between the ages of 20 to 50 years old. Stye Relief Lubricating Eye Ointment is a homeopathic ointment for the relief of the symptoms of styes such as itching, burning, inflamed eyelids and painful swollen bumps on the eyelid. This homeopathic formula stimulates the bodys natural ability to relieve stye symptoms.

Active Ingredients:
Apis HPUS 6c, 12c, 18c.. Purpose.. Pain and burning.
Carboneum Sulphuratum HPUS 6c, 12c, 18c.. Purpose.. Reoccurring inflammations.
Pulsatilla HPUS 6c, 12c, 18c.. Purpose.. Painful swelling.
Silica HPUS 6c, 12c, 18c.. Purpose.. Itching.
Staphysagria HPUS 6c, 12c, 18c.. Purpose..Watering and Burning.
Inactive Ingredients:
Lactose, Lanolin, Microcrystalline Wax, Mineral Oil, Purified Water, Stearic Acid, Wheat Germ Oil, White Petrolatum.

Dosage

Suitable for adults and children 12 years and above. Wash your hands. Open the cap and squeeze out approximately 1/8 of an inch of the ointment onto your fingertip. Gently apply the appointment directly to the stye. Replace cap after each use.

Use within 30 days of opening, expiration date only refers to the unopened tube. Contact lens wearers should seek advice from their physician. Do not use: Do not use if bottom ridge of tube cap is exposed and imprinted carton seal is not intact. Do not use if cap or tube is damaged. Stop use and ask a doctor if: You experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye. The condition worsens. The condition persists for more than 72 hours.
