Dosage

AM Formula: One AM tablet in the morning. It may take four to five weeks to achieve full benefits. Continue use to maintain benefits.
PM Formula: One PM tablet approximately 30-45 minutes before bedtime. It may take four to five weeks to achieve full benefits. Continue use to maintain benefits.
