Dosage

As a dietary supplement, adults take amount indicated, according to body weight. Amount may be reduced to a maintenance level following an 8 week initial dosage. For best results, take at least one hour before meals. Up to 150 lbs., Quicksorb Gel 3 times daily. 150 to 200 lbs., 2 Quicksorb Gels 3 times daily. Over 200 lbs., # Quicksorb Gels 3 times daily. If reductions in inflammation and pain do not begin to occur within a week after starting Natural Pain Relief, increase your dosage, e.g. instead of taking one capsule three times a day, increase to two capsules three times a day.
