Dosage

First shampoo with Thin-to-Thick Natural Hair Thickening Shampoo. Towel dry, and massage on capful of conditioner through hair. Comb through, and leave on for 1-2 minutes. Rinse with warm, then cool water. To help avoid and correct hair thinning and fallout, use Thin-to-Thick Scalp Elixir at the nighttime.
