Dosage

For maximum results, combine 3 tablespoons of MLO Super High Protein powder with 8 oz. of protein fortified nonfat milk. Drink one serving three times daily, preferably after a regular meal. Do not reduce your regular food intake. Exercise each body part at least three times a week. Use this product for a food supplement only. Do not use for weight reduction.
