Dosage

Week 1: take 1 tablet of each product with breakfast and dinner. Week 2: increase to 2 tablets of each product with breakfast and dinner. Week 3 up to 6 months: increase to 3 tablets of each with breakfast and dinner. Please read insert for more detailed instructions.
