Adults and children over 15 years of age: Oral dosage is 1 capsule daily. Take at bedtime, or when needed, with a full 8-ounce glass of water, juice or other liquid. Do not take more than 1 capsule in 24 hours. Children under 15 years of age: Consult a doctor.
