POUR 8 oz. freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag. COVER for 10-15 minutes. SQUEEZE tea bag to ensure maximum goodness in your cup. ENJOY 2-3 cups daily. Especially good with fresh lemon! For Adults Only! Best if drunk daily for six weeks, followed by a break of up to a week before resuming.
