Dosage

As a dietary supplement, add one teaspoonful or one half teaspoonful of TwinLab Super Ascorbate C to 6 fl. Oz. (3/4 cup) of cold water, hot water (as a tea beverage), or juice. Stir until dissolved. Add honey or sweetener, if desired.
