Dosage

Vege Fuel can also be used as a high-protein, fat-free shake. Simply add 2 level scoops (scoop included inside each container) to eight fluid ounces of your favorite juice or beverage. For a smoother effect, mix in an electric blender with 1 or 2 ice cubes or crushed ice. Fresh fruit may also be added.
