Ingredients

For Decongest Herbal, Vitamin B12(as Cyanocobalamin) 0.25mg, Vitamin B5 (as D-Calcium Pantothenate) 50mg, Zinc (as Zinc Citrate) 2mg, Citrus Bioflavonoids Complex 50mg, Tumeric (Standardized Extract) 45mg, Nettle Leaf extract (8:1)25mg, Proprietary Blend 485 mg of the following ingredients: Pueraria root, Coix Seed, Ligusticum Rhizome, White Peony Root, Licorice Root, chinese Rhubarb Root.

Dosage

Adults Only: 1-2 capsules, every four hours, as needed. Not to exceed 3 capsules, five times daily.
