Quick Cleanse Internal Program Kit

A one-week herbal cleansing program designed to cleanse the colon and to help your maintain optimal health. Preserving bowel regularity and bowel cleansing are crucial to health. Cleansing encourages the body's natural internal processes which relieve toxins in our system so we can feel our best.

Ingredients

Psyllium seed and husk (plantago ovata), licorice root, apple pectin, bentonite clay, kaolin clay, slippery elm bark, pau d'arco bark, peppermint leaf and chlorella.

Dosage

Take these THREE formulas for one week (or as directed by a health care professional):
Cleansing Fiber (Psyllium Seed and Husk)-- Take 6 to 10 capsules OR 1 to 3 tsp. powder two times daily, in the morning (1/2 hour before breakfast) and evening (at least 1 hour after dinner or before bedtime).
Thistle Cleanse (Milk Thistle Combination)-- Take 1 to 2 capsules OR 20 to 40 drops liquid two times daily, in the morning and evening. May be taken with meals.
Cleansing Laxative (w/Cascara Sagrada)-- Take 1 to 2 tablets, one time daily, in the evening for constipation.
