Dosage

ONE HOUR PRIOR to the time you desire to be clean, take 3 tablets every 15-20 minutes with 10 ounce glass of water on an empty stomach. If you weigh over 180 lbs you may wish to drink 12 ounces of water every 15-20 minutes instead. Do not eat, or drink juice for 12 hours prior to taking capsules. Remember, time this carefully! Desired results can be obtained for up to 4 hours from the time you have completely taken this product.
