Dosage
Indicated in nervous excitement and hysteria mental depression due to worry or imagined wrong nervous headache and in nervousness associated with menopause. It is also specific for insomnia as it allows the person to relax into a result sleep and awaken fully refreshed.
General Sedative: Two to five times per day take 30 to 40 drops on a little water.
Insomnia: mix 15 to 30 drops in a little water and take I hour before bed and again just before bed. Usually works best after 2 to 4 night of use
