Dosage

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) level tablespoon (approx ..5.8 grams) daily with a minimum of 8 ounces of juice or liquids. Should be taken preferably between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Psyllium Husks Fiber Should be eaten with atleast a full glass of liquid. Eating Psyllium Husks Fiber without a full glass of liquid may cause choking. Do not eat this product if you have difficulty swallowing. Accidently overdose of iron containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep out of reach of children.
