This fresh pressed, unrefined oil is handcrafted using the exclusive omegaflo process which eliminates both light and oxygen during manufacturing. Bottling oil in this opaque container while using inert gas excludes light and oxygen, and minimizes fatty acid oxidation. Dosage

Take 1 to 3 tsps daily. For maximum freshness, consume within 6 weeks of opening. May be frozen to extend shelf life. Do not heat over 320°. Do not use for fry cooking. Use in place of butter on vegetables, rice, potatoes, etc. Delicious in salad dressings, sauces and blender drinks.
