Dosage

As a dietary supplement take one (1) capsule twice a day, preferably with food or water.

Warning

Not for use by persons under the age of 20. If pregnant nursing or on medication, consult with your healthcare practitioner. Should not be taken by people with liver problems, heavy drinkers or those with serious illnesses.
