Ingredients

Certified organic yerbamate (Ilex paraguariensis), HoneyLeaf Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni), and all-natural vanilla oil.

Dosage

Bring water or milk to a simmer. Do not boil. Use one or more tea bags per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes. Serve hot or iced. If you prefer a sweeter taste, try adding SteviaClear liquid Stevia or SteviaPlus Fiber from the SweetLeaf
