Ingredients

Purified Water, Wild Yam Extract, Natural Progesterone USP (origin from wild yam), Chaste Tree (Vitex), Liposome-Water/Soy Lecithin Jojoba Oil, Squalane, Allantoin, Retinyl Palmitate, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Tocopheryl Acetate, (liposomes of Vitamins A, C and E), Extracts of Dong Quai, Licorice, & Black Cohosh, Grape Fruit Seed Extract, Asorbic Acid.

Dosage

Gently rub a small amount (1/8 -1/2 teaspoon) on clean skin (wrists, under arm, inner thighs, belly, neck, face) twice daily. Adjust according to individual needs. Menstruating women: apply 1-2 weeks before day one of cycle; non-menstruating women apply any 3 weeks each month. Fragrance free, hypo allergenic, non-irritating. Not tested on animals.
