Ingredients

Active Homeopathic Ingredients: Aconitum Napellus 3x, Belladonna 6x, Bryonia 6x, Gelsemium 3x, Hypericum 3x, Kali Phosphoricum 3x, Natrum Muriaticum6x

Dosage

At onset of a headache, adults and children 12 and older take 2-3 capsules every 3-4 hours as needed. Not to exceed 12 capsules in a 24 hour period.

Diet is important for food related headaches. Avoid food containing Tyramine, such as alcohol, chocolate, citrus fruits, coffee, dairy products(except yogurt), tobacco, junk food, packages foods and MSG. One of the most common causes of headaches is caffeine. Slowly decrease consumption of coffee and caffeine beverages. Cold food and drinks should be avoided since they constrict blood vessels. Increase intake of vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, and fruits.
