In a base of: Orange juice, pineapple juice powder, fructose, stevia extract, natural honey, oat bran concentrate, natural vanilla, FOS, kale powder, cherry juice powder, broccoli powder, tangerine bioflavonoids.Does Not Contain: Dairy, wheat, corn, animal products, artificial color, artificial flavors, synthetic chemicals, preservatives, MSG, lactose, sucrose, dextrose, egg, cholesterol, yeast, and added salt. Warnings: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. Dosage

For children over 4 years of age but under 12 years of age chew one (1) frog daily. Children 12 years of age and older chew two (2) frogs daily.
