Dosage

Men or women take 4 tablets per 100 pounds of body weight on an empty stomach, once or twice daily, up to 8 tablets per day total. Best taken just before bedtime or before a workout. KEEP TIGHTLY CLOSED after each use. Moisture absorption by some amino acids may cause tablet disintegration.
