Ingredients

Serving Size: 2 Tablets Ingredients: Calories 5, Total Carbohydrate 1 g, Dietary Fiber 1 g, Sodium 10 mg, Magnesium Hydroxide 1,733 mg, Proprietary Mucilage Blend: marshmallow (Althaea officinalis) root extract 3.5:1, slippery elm (Ulmus rubra) bark, and fenugreek (Trigonella foenumgraecum) seed extract 4:1 433 mg, Proprietary Soothing Blend: fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seed, ginger (Zingiber officinale) rhizome extract, and peppermint (Mentha x piperita) leaf 100 mg Other Ingredients: cellulose, modified cellulose gum, modified cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, lecithin and carnauba wax.

Dosage

Two tablets at bedtime. May increase to three or four tablets at bedtime, if needed. Reduce dosage if you experience abdominal discomfort or diarrhea. If discomfort persists, discontinue use.
