  • Avena Sativa (oat) 3x
  • Chamomilla (chamomile) 3x, 9x, 12x, 30x
  • Humulus Lupulus (hops) 3x
  • Passiflora Incarnata (passion flower) 3x
  • Coffea Cruda (coffee) 6x
  • Kali Phosphoricum (potassium phosphate) 6x

    Other ingredients: Purified Water, 20% U.S.P Alcohol

    Dosage

    Adults take 30 drops under the tongue 1 hour before bed time and 30 drops at bedtime. Children 2 - 12 years of age take one half the adult dosage. It is helpful to limit the consumption of caffeine containing drinks, coffee, tea, chocolate and artificial sweeteners. For best results take in a clean mouth.
