At the time of encapsulation, each 500 mg capsule contains at least 5 billion viable cells of freeze-dried bifidus (Bifidobacterium longum and Bifidobacterium bifidum), DDS-1 acidophilus, Streptococcus faecium and Lactobacillus casei “friendly” flora.
