Dosage

POUR 8 oz. freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag. COVER for 5-10 minutes. SQUEEZE tea bag to ensure maximum goodness in your cup. ENJOY 8 to 12 years: Drink as hot as possible several times daily. Children 4 to 8 years: Drink 1/2 cup several times daily. Children 2 to 4: Drink 1/3 to 1/2 cup once daily, diluted with water or juice if desired.
