:Amazon Sustainable Harvest™: Qat™ Tea (Ilex guayusa), Caijua (Cyclanthera pedata), Jatoba (Hymenea courbaril), Cha de Burgé (Cordia salicifolia), Cordyceps(Cordyceps sinensis), Boldo (Peumus boldus), Xylitol, cinnamon bark, orange peel, cloves, allspice, fennel seed, cardamom and licorice root.

Dosage

Add one and a half teaspoons of dried herb to 8 ounces of water, soy, rice or regular milk and bring to a boil then allow to steep until fully colored and flavored with the essence of the herb (at least 7minutes). Strain, sweeten or flavor if desired. Serve warm or allow to cool and store in the refrigerator.
