Each Tablet of 250 mg Contains Blend of Gokshur ( Tribulus terrestris), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Shatavari ( Asparagus racemosus), Talimkhana (Hygrophila auriculata), Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans), Mace (Myristica fragrans), Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), Yam (Dioscorea sativa), Bhimseni Kapur (Cinnamomum camphora), Shilajit, Abrak bhasm (Processed silica).

Dosage

Tablets twice a day 15-30 minutes after meals. Take daily over a period of at least 2-3 months. Noticeable changes may be observed in 2-3 weeks. Not recommended for children and women.
