Warnings: Due to the acidity of alpha lipoic acid, users may experience a slight burning sensation in their throat while consuming Cell-Tech . Dosage

For the first five days (loading stage): Take two servings daily, one in the morning and the other twelve hours later or immediately after workout.

Maintenance Stage: Take one serving immediately after your daily workout, or take one serving upon awakening on non-workout days. For optimum taste, mix two scoops of of Cell-Tech with 12 oz. cold water (add more water if taste is too sweet). After consumption of Cell-Tech, drink an additional eight ounces of water to help enhance glucose and creatine absorption. Cell-Tech should be used for a minimum of 8 weeks.
