Organic Red Rooibos, Organic Hibiscus, Organic Elderberry, Organic Flavors, Organic Chicory Root, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Juniper Berries, Organic Tilia Flowers, Organic Licorice Root and Organic Peppermint.

Dosage

Hot Tea: Steep one tea bag in a cup of boiling water for 3-4 minutes, add sweetener if desired. Iced Tea: Pour 2 cups of boiling water over 5 bags in a quart container. Let steep for 10 minutes. Add 2 cups of cold water. Pour over ice.
