Dosage

Shake well. As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) 2 times daily with meals or on an empty stomach. Can be taken undiluted, or mixed with water or juice. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW Hyaluronic Acid, MSM and Serrazimes. Shake vigorously before use. Refrigerate after opening to preserve flavor.
