Dosage

Take one capsule of pH Plus™ twice daily on an empty stomach. Take one capsule first thing in the morning and one capsule prior to bedtime with clear 1 full glass (8 oz. ) of water not sodas. If your pH is extremely acidic (5.5 or lower), you may need more than the suggested use. Check your pH balance with a perfecltlyhealthy pH strip or use as directed by your Doctor.
