Go Less is a combination of two ingredients. The first is EFLA 940, which is a very special type of pumpkin seed extract. The second is SoyLifeŽ soy germ isoflavones derived from Non-GMO soy beans. This combination has been extensively studied for its effects on healthy bladder activity. These clinical studies showed that 60% of subjects reported relief after two weeks of use and 80% reported relief after just six weeks of use. The clinical dose is 300 mg taken twice a day. Better results were achieved when participants consumed 900 mg (3 capsules) daily for the first two weeks and then changed to 600 mg (2 capsules) daily ongoing.
