Dosage

As a natural moisturizing agent for the whole body, gently massage a small amount of Himalayan Triphala Oil into the skin while still slightly damp after showering. Apply larger amounts topically to sore muscles, joints, and problem areas that are due to stress, injury, and chronic pain. Himalayan Triphala Oil makes an outstanding massage oil treatment for personal or professional use. It may also be used as a mouthwash (called oil pulling) for problem gums and inflammation. For dry sinuses after using the Neti Pot, apply ten drops to a clean palm, dip the pinky fingertip in the oil, and gently apply and rub well inside of each nostril.
