Dosage

Children over 5 years of age and adults: Shake before each use. When lying in bed, spray once under the tongue and once in the back of the throat. For urgent situations, spray once in the mouth if awakened by snoring. When necessary you may repeat once again during the night. For maximum results, use in conjunction with SnoreStop NasoSpray or SnoreStop FastTabs. This product is non-addictive and may be used up to four times a day. Please discard 6 months after first use.
