Ingredients

1 Caplet: Magnesium 500 mg; Magnesium Oxide; Microcrystalline Cellulose; Croscarmellose Sodium; Pregelatinized Starch; Stearic Acid; Polyvinyl Alcohol; Titanium Dioxide; Polyethylene Glycol; Talc; Silicon Dioxide

Dosage

For adults and children 12 years and older: Take 2 to 4 caplets daily, preferably all at bedtime, or individually throughout the day. Caplet(s) should be taken with a full glass (8 oz.) of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Children under 12, ask a doctor before use.

Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Ask a doctor before use if you have kidney disease, stomach pain, nausea or vomiting, or a sudden change in bowel habits that lasts over 14 days. Ask your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking a prescription drug. This product may interact with certain prescription drugs. Stop use and talk to your doctor if you need to use a laxative for more than one week, or have rectal bleeding or no bowel movement after using this product. These could be signs of a serious condition.
