Dosage

Step 1: Before brushing, rinse full strength for 60 seconds with 15 mL (1/2 fluid ounce or 3 teaspoonfuls), once in the morning and once at night. Do not swallow. Do not use more than 2 times a day. Step 2: Brush as usual. TO OPEN: SQUEEZE smooth areas of cap and TURN. TO CLOSE: Turn cap until it locks. Store at 59 degrees to 77 degrees F. Keep from freezing. Do not use if printed LISTERINE band around cap is broken or missing.

Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
