It alleviate disorders of smooth muscle of intestinal tract. 2. Improvement on gastrointestinal motility 1.0g/kg and 1.5g/kg of this product were administrated to mice. Methyl orange method revealed that it improves gastric emptying. 3. Analgesic effect Hot plate and acetic acid torsion methods in mice showed that this product yields certain improvement on pain threshold, and may reduce the writhing rate by over 50%. 4. Anti-inflammatory effect This product was administrated to mice in dose of 0.636g/kg, 1.272g/kg and 2.543g/kg, respectively, once a day continuously for 5 days. The result revealed that it yields remarkable inhibition on the growth of granuloma induced by cotton ball under the subcutis.
