DAY 1 TO DAY 5: Take 2 servings daily, 1 in the morning when you wake up and the other immediately after your workout. If you are not training that day, have your serving in the morning when you wake up. Preparation: Mix 1 serving (2 scoops) of Cell-Tech™ Hardcore Pro Series with 12 oz. of cold water.
