Dosage

"INTERNAL: Adults: 10-20 drops once per day before meals. TOPICAL: For cosmetic aromatherapy benefits in those 8 years and older: 5-10 drops to chest, temples, between eyebrows up to every 6 hours. BATH: 10-20 drops."
